SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES
Every item is carefully designed and embroidered in-house at Design in Stitches.
- Standard turnaround time is ten (10) working days after approval of design proof. Particular care is given to each order and therefore take time.
- Lead times may vary throughout the year. Current completion times to be quoted at time of order.
- Please email us before placing an order if your deadline is less than 2 weeks away.
- Rush fee on items with embroidery under 6.5" is $10 per item; rush fee on items with embroidery 7" and over is double the listed embroidery price.
- All shipments are sent via USPS from Austin, Texas. Upgrades are available as requested.
- We can ship your item straight to a giftee as well as include a personal note. Please include that info in the “note to seller” section at checkout. **Prices are included on the packing slip unless you tell us it’s a gift!**
- Although we cannot guarantee delivery dates once your order leaves Design in Stitches , most packages arrive in less than a week, however allow for up to 14 business days for delivery to cities within the United States.
- Monogrammed items are customized just for you and therefore are not returnable. Please double check spelling, punctuation, capitalization, size(s), thread color(s) as your item will be embroidered exactly as you indicate.
- We are not responsible for embroidery from files not digitized by our company. As we are human, if an error is our fault, we will gladly replace the item.
- If you are unhappy with your order in any way, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your item. After seven (7) days, all sales are final. No exceptions.
